Tripp Lake Camp is a traditional, residential, seven-week, summer camp for girls. We are situated on 260 acres of woods, fields and lakefront. Our camp was established in 1911. We are celebrating over 100 years of traditional camping for girls.

The Sheridan School Mountain Campus serves private and public schools from all over the DC/MD/VA area. We serve youth ages 6-18. We're a small personal operation serving 25 to 60 students at a time, with a heavy emphasis on adventure, teambuilding and hands on social studies programming.
Instructors are responsible for running a wide range of adventure, environmental, and experiential activities. Average work week runs fairly non-stop from Monday mid-morning to Friday early-afternoon, including a couple evening programs. Usually one weekend a month. May & September being incredibly busy.
Must be 21 years of age or older. Previous experience working with youth and outdoor/adventure ed. experience. Solid judgment. CPR and First Aid or WFA (WFR strongly preferred).
